All moms hope for a quick labor and delivery, but mom Patricia Garcia didn't expect her little Ariel to come in just 40 minutes. In fact, it was so fast that when she and her son drove to the hospital, they only made it around the corner to their local gas station. The dispatcher couldn't get Garcia to the hospital quickly enough so she just sent the nearest police officer to help.
Officer Crocker said he didn't have to do much. The little baby just came out on her own in about five minutes, shocking him, "I still can't believe it says on her birth certificate 76 gas station," Garcia told CBS Los Angeles. Mom and baby--who weighed in at a healthy 6 pounds, 11 ounces--are healthy and resting. At first Ariel gave them a scare, coming out with her umbilical cord around her neck, but she's doing just fine now.
